  • Empathy and Communication: Emotional connection with teams and courage within the company.
  • Decision-making and risk management: Identifying complex problems and assessing risks in extreme situations.

DAY 2

  • Leadership and communication: Mastering verbal and non-verbal communication and the impact of empathy.
  • Present your ideas with impact and results.
  • The Leader and the Team: Putting the customer at the centre, becoming a strong link in the network and forging strategic alliances.
  • Real-life case studies: Analysis of complex situations experienced by participants, identification of problems and development of solutions.

Eduard Beltran :

Eduard Beltran is a former lawyer, author, consultant and lecturer in negotiation and leadership. As an expert in negotiation and leadership, he has accompanied leaders in more than 40 countries in Europe, America, Asia, Africa and Oceania, and has advised more than 200 companies and international groups. He works with a number of international universities as a lecturer, including the Institut d'études politiques de Paris, ESSEC Business School, Complutense University in Madrid and Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.

As a lawyer, he worked on international investment projects, international litigation and for the French government as head of the international cooperation office of the Ministry of Justice, where he was responsible for coordinating relations with the European Union, international organisations and foreign governments.

Eduard Beltran is the author of The Secret Art of Negotiation and Leadership: Positive Influence, published in English, French and Spanish.

He has a degree in political science from the Institut d'études politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po), a law degree from the University of Barcelona and a master's degree in international law (LLM) from New York University (NYU). A former student of the École nationale d'administration (ENA, Simone Veil class), he also received training in negotiation as part of the Program on Negotiation at Harvard University.
