Webinar on Wednesday 13 May: Interest-based negotiation in the face of power struggles...

WEDNESDAY 13 MAY from 15:00 to 15:45
Faced with power struggles, manipulation and bad compromise, the effective antidote of principled negotiation

Negotiation is part of your personal and professional life on a daily basis and represents 80 % of interactions among managers in companies.

Mastering the art of negotiation becomes an absolute necessity in one's professional posture and relationship with others, an antidote to conflict, attempts at manipulation and poor quality compromises.

Because the temptation to use force, manipulation and bad compromises are rooted in myths, beliefs and automatic behaviours, a fourth way, based on more than 40 years of practice and empirical research, is possible: reasoned negotiation.

Based on topical examples and the results obtained, we will discuss power struggles, manipulation and bad compromises in order to illustrate the results and the impacts induced and to reveal the effective antidotes resulting from our method.
