OBJECTIVES

The aim of this specific training course is to teach you how to identify the inherent characteristics of each of the 8 "toxic" personality profiles, so that you can manage them first and then defuse them by establishing solid, lasting rules for interpersonal relations.

Learn to clearly identify strategies and tactics designed to destabilise you by reviewing the 8 toxic personality archetypes and understand the underlying motivations such as domination, self-centred manoeuvres, lying, data manipulation and the dynamics of counter-productive internal politics. At the end of this module, participants will know how to :

  • Managing emotional reactions and induced negative perceptions

TEACHING METHODS AND RESOURCES

This operational 100% face-to-face training enables each participant to leave with a personalised action plan.

At the end of each case, a summary presentation is made, based on real-life experience rather than on a pre-determined outline, and outlines the strategic components of the negotiation.
