OUR CONSULTANTS
Our consultant-trainers (and most of them certified coaches and/or mediators) are negotiation practitioners who have mostly held operational positions in companies. They are also experts in the field of behavioural sciences and management skills development models.
Their choice to join the firm to teach the strategy of mutual gains, also known as interest-based negotiation, is most often based on a personal commitment and the conviction that this method is likely to build more harmonious and productive relationships in organisations and in the personal lives of everyone.
To become certified consultants of the firm, they have followed a long training and integration course. This course is regularly enriched and updated by practice groups.
AN INTERNATIONAL DIMENSION
CEN is able to provide most of its training courses in 5 languages (French, English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese), Spanish, Portuguese).
The mobility of our teams allows us to operate internationally.
