Our Consultants
Our training consultants — most of whom are certified coaches and mediators — are experienced negotiation training practitioners. Many have held operational or leadership roles within companies. In addition, they are experts in behavioural sciences and models that support the development of managerial and interpersonal skills.
Their decision to join our firm and teach the Mutual Gains Strategy, also known as Interest-Based Negotiation, reflects a strong personal commitment. They share the conviction that this approach fosters more harmonious, trust-based, and productive relationships — both within organisations and in personal interactions. To become certified consultants at the European Negotiation Centre, candidates complete an extensive training and integration programme. Moreover, their skills are continuously enhanced through regular practice groups and ongoing development sessions. This ensures our consultants stay aligned with the latest negotiation research and methodologies.
